How to switch accounts
A user can have multiple User Accounts. If they belong to various roles or organisations, multiple accounts allow the user to see the relevant data and have permissions that are applicable to each distinct role/organisation.
To switch from one User Account to another:
First, navigate to the drop down menu beside the User's name and select 'Switch'.
You will then be able to view all of the accounts linked to the same email, with information on which subscription they belong to and if they are active or inactive, as well as whether they are an admin account or not. Then use the 'Switch to' button to switch to that account.
You will not be able to switch to an account that is inactive.
