Applying a new License Key

The JPAC license used by a subscription will need to be updated from time to time for any of the following reasons:
  • The expiry date is approaching
  • Your organisation wants to change the number of people it is licensed for.

Updating the JPAC license is done by applying a new license key.  The license key will be provided by JPAC Support according to the terms of the agreement with your organisation.

Once you have the new license key, it can be applied as follows:

  1. Log into JPAC with an Admin Account from the subscription being licensed
  2. Open the Subscription page
  3. On the License tab, click on Add License Key button
  4. Paste the provided license key into the dialog box and press Save
  5. The license will be applied and become the current one (once the date range is effective).
