Subscriptions
Organisations access JPAC through a subscription. The subscription controls who can access JPAC via accounts, how many people the organisation is licensed to manage and the features that are available.
Subscription:
Before any user can log into JPAC the organisation they belong to must have a subscription. The subscription defines:
- The first administrator (user) account used to that can log in, setup and administer JPAC on behalf of the organisation.
- A security boundary around the data stored in JPAC for the organisation i.e. a user can only access data within their subscription and not data in another subscription.
- How many people the organisation is managing data for.
- How long the subscription will be accessible to users.
- Various organisation wide settings that control how JPAC operates for all users.
If you would like to get a subscription for your organisation, please contact us at support@jpac.com.au.
