Dashboard

The dashboard is where you get a summary view of your team and their compliance. It can show both the current compliance, as well as progress over time, using a variety of representations called Widgets.

The image below shows the types of widgets that can be used on the dashboard, including:

  1. Doughnut chart
  2. Quad Chart
  3. Line chart
  4. Bar chart
  5. Leader Board

Adding Dashboard Widgets

To add a widget to your Custom Dashboard, start by clicking the add button shown below.

You will then be asked to provide the following information to customise your widget:

  1. Resource Type: Here you can choose the type of resource you want to base your widget on. This might be a Person, Org Unit, Category, etc.
  2. Resource: You can then select the exact resource (a particular Person, Requirement, etc).
  3. Widget information: You will be able to choose the type of widget, as well as the comparison values and the sequence number (this allows you to change the order your widgets). All of these selections can be changed later using the settings option. 
  4. Check: Here you can make sure you have all the correct details before clicking save to add your widget. You can use the back button to change any of the options that aren't correct.

The same information can also be displayed in several different forms of widgets simultaneously if required.

Editing Dashboard Widgets

To change the chart type or related settings (including the sequence number) for a widget on the dashboard:

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis.
  2. Select the Settings option.  

This will open the settings dialog box. From here you can select the type of widget, and change other settings, such as the comparison unit and value, as well as the sequence number.

Removing Dashboard Widgets

To remove a widget from the dashboard:

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis. 
  2. Select the Remove option. 
  3. Select Yes when the confirmation dialogue appears.

The widget will be removed from the dashboard.
