Password Reset

Resetting you password is done via the Login dialog box.  So if you are already logged into JPAC then begin by logging out.

On the Login dialog, click on the " Forgot your password?" link.

Enter the email address you log into JPAC with, then click on the  Send verification code button. This will send an email with a unique code to your email address

You should receive an email from " Microsoft on behalf of JPAC" within a few seconds.  NB: Each code can only be used once, and they expire quickly (about 10 minutes).  If you find the code has expired before you use it, another can be sent via the "Send new code" button on the login dialog box.

Copy or record the code in the email.

Paste or enter the code into the  Verification Code field then click the Verify Code button

Click on the  Continue button.  (NB: If you click on the Change e-mail button you will need to go through the verification process again.)

You may need to enter your email once more after selecting Continue.

The last step is to enter your new password into both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, then click the Continue button.  This will log you into JPAC and your password will have changed to one you just entered.

NB: The password must meet the following rules:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Maximum 64 characters
  • 3 of 4 character classes - uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol.
