Keen to know what changes have been added to JPAC recently?  As features and fixes are added to JPAC we'll keep the following table up to date for you.

10 June 2023 207 A new People tab has been added to the Requirement page.

This displays a resolved list of all the people that have been assigned this requirement.

  • A new Records page is available under the People Menu
  • The records can be exported to Excel via the Records page
  • Records can be imported (inserted or updated) from an Excel file via the Records page
11 Feb 2023 191 Private attachments
  • Attachments can be added with initial permissions limited to access by only the uploader and admins
  • Records also have option for attachment to be private

Various minor bug fixes relating to managing records and attachments

  • Multiple pre-set dashboards can be added to each account
  • User can add or remove new "Team" dashboard for any Org Unit they have permission to access.

  • Compliance metrics were added to Requirements, Requirement Types and Categories
  • Compliance visualisations added to tables for resources that have compliance metrics including:
    • Main lists for People, Org Units, Roles, Requirements, Categories, Employment Types, Requirement Types and Tags
    • Sub lists e.g. People per Role, Requirements per Category etc.
  • Added a Recalculate Metrics page to Admin menu for admins to recalculate metrics across all resources

Various minor UI improvements, particularly to Metrics Doughnut toolbar
29 May 2022 101 Attachments can be added to Org Units, Roles, Employment Types, Requirements, Requirement Types, Categories and Tags.
The attachment functionality previously added on release ID #84 for people has been expanded to the above resources via the new  Attachments Tab.
22 May 2022 94 Download report as Excel Worksheet
The People X Assignments report can be downloaded as a Excel file. This functionality will be added to future reports where this is an appropriate format.

PDF and Image files can be uploaded to a person via the new  Attachments Tab added to each person.
Attachments added to a record are automatically included in the Attachments list for the person.

  • Problem logging out when not accepting TOS.

Clicking on the column headers for records listed for a person or a requirement now sorts the list of records by that column.
Clicking on the column header a second time reverses the sort order.

Fix error where dates could not be entered via typing day or year number
