Finding your way around
JPAC uses a menu system similar to many other applications you will be used to, for finding your way around. The menu is responsive, meaning that it changes according to the size of the screen being used. For example, on a laptop or larger device the menu will be across the top like this:
On smaller devices the menu will collapse and can be toggled open or closed like this:
Most users will only need to access a few pages to get most of what they need.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a snapshot of the current compliance for any resource you want to view. Click here to learn how to set up your Dashboard.
People
Selecting this option will take you to the list of all People.
If you select the drop down menu from here, you can navigate to the list of:
Requirements
Selecting this option will take you to the list of all Requirements.
If you select the drop down menu from here, you can navigate to the list of:
Reports
Select this option to access a report of people and their assignments which can be filtered by any aggregating resource.
Admin
This drop down menu will only be visible to Admin users. The menu allows you to view and manage the following:
- Subscription
- User Accounts
- Groups
Account options
This drop down menu will appear next to the name of the user. From here, you can:
- Switch accounts
- View your identity details
- View privacy policy
- View terms and conditions
- Log out
Help
This option will take you to help document (like this document you are reading now) that can help you to use JPAC most efficiently.
